As a member of &#8220;Gutes vom Bauernhof&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0 we are now also participants in the Austria-wide QHS system (quality &#8211; origin &#8211; safety) with the brand &#8220;Genuss Region \u00d6sterreich&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We want to inspire our customers with our venison! Wenden, in das auf 220\u00b0C vorgeheizte Backrohr (ohne Hei\u00dfluft) geben und f\u00fcr 10 Minuten braten. Danach auf 100\u00b0C reduzieren und ca. 30 Minuten weiterbraten. Anschlie\u00dfend noch 20 Minuten bei 55\u00b0C rasten lassen und mit Butter bestreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Vor dem Servieren wird das Fleisch der L\u00e4nge nach ausgel\u00f6st, in Scheiben geschnitten und wieder auf den R\u00fccken gelegt. Garnierte Teller anrichten.
